The piece i'm interested in is always sold out - why?

Ceramic work takes patience to create. A single piece typically takes me about a month to make from start to finish. There are certain pieces that I simply cannot keep in stock. Please keep updated via my email list or on Instagram so that you know when the shop drops are. This is THE ONLY WAY to purchase a piece. Please do not DM me on Instagram asking if you can buy a certain piece or when a certain piece will become available. If it is not listed on the website then it is NOT available for purchase. A preview for every shop update is available 1 hour before the items hit the shop on my Instagram stories. 

Every time I try to purchase something, it sells out before I can complete my purchase. What more can I do?

Shop drops sell out very quickly. Here are some tips for faster checkout:

Create a ShopPay account BEFORE the time of the drop. ShopPay is a safe & secure checkout method that saves your credit card information, shipping address, & contact information so you can fast track through this part of the checkout, saving time. You can do this directly on ShopPay's website, & make sure you are signed into ShopPay on your device at the time of checkout. 

Try purchasing items separately. You will have better luck adding one single item to your cart, checking out completely & going back to purchase more items if you have time before they sell out. Putting items in your cart DOES NOT hold them. If you place multiple orders, I will combine all items into one parcel & refund any shipping overages. 

What are the care instructions for my new piece?

My work is all stoneware ceramic - it is all microwave & dishwasher safe. Stoneware is actually even oven safe! I always recommend hand-washing if you have the time, because it will help preserve the longevity of the piece. 

Do you take custom orders?

I currently do not take custom orders but on occasion I do. You can join the email list or turn on Instagram notifications on my page to keep updated on the availability of custom work!

Do you wholesale?

Not currently!

What are your shipping rates / processing time?

All orders will usually ship out in 3-5 business days. I ship all orders via USPS & these are the only rates you will see during checkout. 

Do you offer international shipping?

I currently offer international shipping to Canada with plans to expand to more regions in the near future. Shipping rates to Canada are often miscalculated at checkout & you may receive a refund (if applicable) for any overcharges after your piece is shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Currently I offer local pickup via Good Girl Silver Studio @ Chromedge in Columbus, OH. The fee is $2, which goes directly to Good Girl Silver to help cover the time associated with organizing the pickups. If you would like to pickup locally, please reach out via email & you will be sent a link to schedule a pickup appointment within available hours.
